Customer Support & Help Desk

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for patient, clear communicators who can handle enquiries, resolve issues, and turn difficult situations into positive experiences. Roles in this area may be remote or hybrid and involve order support, returns, account queries, and live chat or email-based support.

Management & Leadership

As we grow, we need experienced leaders who can build and manage teams, set clear direction, and help shape how CollabGadget operates at scale. We are interested in people who lead by example, communicate clearly, and understand what it takes to build a culture people want to be part of.

Finance & Accounting

From day-to-day bookkeeping to financial planning and compliance, our finance team keeps the business healthy and transparent. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with a solid grounding in accounting, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.

Web Development & IT

CollabGadget runs on technology. We are looking for developers, engineers, and IT professionals who can build, maintain, and improve our platform. Experience with Laravel, PHP, or e-commerce platforms is a plus. Roles range from front-end and back-end development to systems administration and platform integrations. Most development roles are remote-friendly.

Cybersecurity & Loss Prevention

Protecting our platform, our customers, and our business is a serious responsibility. We are looking for professionals who understand e-commerce fraud, data security, platform integrity, and loss prevention. This includes both digital security and, as we scale our physical operations, physical loss prevention roles in warehouse and fulfilment environments.

Marketing & Social Media

We are building a brand people will care about. Our marketing team will be responsible for growing our audience, telling our story, running campaigns, and managing our presence across social platforms. We are looking for creative, data-driven marketers who understand both content and conversion.

Warehouse & Fulfilment

Getting the right product to the right person on time is the backbone of what we do. As our operations grow, we will need reliable, hard-working warehouse and fulfilment team members who take pride in accuracy and efficiency. These are in-person roles based at our fulfilment locations.

Operations & Logistics

Behind every smooth order is a well-run operation. Our operations and logistics team manages supplier relationships, shipping partnerships, inventory flow, and the processes that keep everything moving. Roles in this area suit organised, systems-minded people who are comfortable dealing with complexity and solving problems on the fly.

Buying & Merchandising

We sell a huge range of products across dozens of categories. Our buying and merchandising team is responsible for sourcing great products, negotiating with suppliers, managing our catalogue, and ensuring our range stays competitive and relevant. A passion for product and an eye for what sells are essential.

Content & Copywriting

Every product description, email, policy page, and marketing asset needs to be clear, compelling, and consistent with our brand voice. We are looking for writers who can produce high-quality content at pace across a wide variety of formats — from product copy and blog posts to help articles and campaign materials.

Working at CollabGadget

We offer a mix of working arrangements depending on the role:

Remote — Many of our technology, content, marketing, and support roles can be performed fully remotely;
Hybrid — Some roles combine remote work with regular time at one of our locations;
On-site — Warehouse, fulfilment, and certain operations roles require full-time on-site presence.

Working arrangements are clearly stated in each individual job posting.

Our Hiring Process

We aim to make our hiring process straightforward and respectful of your time. Here is what to expect:

Application review — We review every application we receive;
Initial conversation — A short call or video chat to get to know you and tell you more about the role;
Interview(s) — One or more interviews depending on the seniority of the role, which may include a practical task or assessment;
Offer — If everything lines up, we will make you a formal offer in writing.

Background Checks

All successful candidates are subject to a criminal background check as a condition of employment. The nature and scope of the background check may vary depending on the role and any applicable state or federal requirements. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify a candidate — we consider the nature of the offence, how long ago it occurred, and its relevance to the role in question, in accordance with applicable fair chance employment laws.

Drug Testing

Certain roles at CollabGadget require a pre-employment drug test. This applies primarily to roles involving warehouse operations, logistics, driving, loss prevention, and other safety-sensitive positions. Where drug testing is a requirement, it will be clearly stated in the job posting. Testing is conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
