CollabGadget is building a wide-ranging e-commerce destination covering everything from musical instruments, books, and home goods to coffee, event tickets, and professional services. We are looking for quality suppliers and, in the future, independent vendors to help us deliver the best possible range to our customers.

Whether you are a manufacturer, a wholesale distributor, a specialist importer, or an independent business with great products, there may be a place for you in the CollabGadget ecosystem. Read on to understand how our partnership model works and how to get started.


Our Two Partnership Models

Model 1: Supplier (Available Now)

CollabGadget currently operates as a direct retail store. As a supplier, you supply products to The CollabGadget Co. LLC, and we sell them to our customers under our own retail operation. This is similar to supplying a traditional retailer or a wholesale buyer.

As a supplier you will:

  • Agree pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms through a formal Supply Agreement;
  • Supply goods to our fulfilment operation or via an agreed drop-ship arrangement;
  • Provide accurate product data, images, specifications, and compliance documentation;
  • Be paid according to the terms set out in your Supply Agreement.

The supplier model is our current and primary route to working with external businesses. If you have products that are a good fit for our catalogue, we encourage you to apply.

Model 2: Vendor (Coming Soon)

As CollabGadget grows, we plan to introduce a multi-vendor marketplace that allows approved independent sellers to list and sell their products directly on our platform — similar to how third-party sellers operate on major marketplace platforms.

The vendor programme is not yet live. When it launches, approved vendors will be able to:

  • Create and manage their own product listings on CollabGadget;
  • Fulfil orders directly to customers or use CollabGadget fulfilment services;
  • Access seller analytics, tools, and support;
  • Participate in platform promotions and featured listings.

Vendor fees, commission structures, and programme details will be published when the programme launches. You can register your interest now and we will contact you when applications open.


Supplier Guidelines

Who We Are Looking For

We consider applications from businesses of all sizes, including manufacturers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers. We do not work with private individuals reselling goods. You must be a registered business entity to apply as a supplier.

We are particularly interested in suppliers across the following categories:

  • Musical instruments and pro-audio equipment;
  • Electronics and technology;
  • Books, media, and educational materials;
  • Home, garden, and furniture;
  • Clothing, footwear, and accessories;
  • Health, beauty, and wellness;
  • Sports, fitness, and outdoor;
  • Arts, crafts, and stationery;
  • Food and beverage (including coffee and specialty goods);
  • Toys, games, and hobbies;
  • Printing, publishing, and fulfilment services;
  • Any other high-quality consumer product category.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered as a CollabGadget supplier, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Registered business: You must be a legally registered business with a valid tax identification number (EIN or equivalent);
  • Product compliance: All products must comply with applicable US federal and state safety, labelling, and import regulations. For internationally sourced goods, you must be able to provide relevant compliance documentation;
  • Insurance: You must hold adequate product liability insurance and provide proof on request;
  • Quality standards: Products must be accurately described, consistently packaged, and meet the quality level represented in your samples or listings;
  • Reliable fulfilment: You must be able to fulfil orders within agreed lead times and communicate promptly about any supply issues;
  • Ethical sourcing: We do not work with suppliers who use forced labour, child labour, or engage in practices that violate applicable human rights or environmental standards.

What to Expect After You Apply

  1. Application review — We review every supplier application, typically within 5–10 business days;
  2. Initial discussion — If your products are a potential fit, we will reach out to discuss your range, pricing, and terms;
  3. Sample review — For physical products, we may request samples before making a final decision;
  4. Agreement — If we proceed, you will receive a formal Supply Agreement outlining all commercial terms;
  5. Onboarding — We will work with you to get your products set up in our system, including product data, imagery, and logistics arrangements.

We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Ongoing Supplier Obligations

Once active as a supplier, you are expected to:

  • Maintain consistent product quality and accurate stock information;
  • Notify us promptly of any supply disruptions, product recalls, or compliance issues;
  • Keep your business and product documentation up to date;
  • Comply with all terms set out in your Supply Agreement and our Supplier Code of Conduct;
  • Respond to queries from our buying or operations team within agreed timeframes.

We review supplier performance regularly. Suppliers who consistently fall short of agreed standards may have their agreements paused or terminated.


Future Vendor Programme — Register Your Interest

The CollabGadget vendor marketplace is in development. When it launches, it will allow approved independent sellers to list products directly on our platform and reach our growing customer base.

If you are an independent seller, maker, or small business interested in selling through CollabGadget when the vendor programme opens, register your interest now and we will be in touch with details as soon as they are available.

To register your interest as a future vendor, email us at vendors@collabgadget.com with the subject line “Vendor Interest” and a brief description of your business and product range.


Dropship Partnerships

We also work with businesses on a dropship basis, where you fulfil orders directly to our customers on our behalf. Dropship partners must meet the same minimum requirements as suppliers and are subject to additional fulfilment standards set out in a separate Dropship Agreement. If you are interested in a dropship arrangement, mention this in your application.


How to Apply as a Supplier

To apply to become a CollabGadget supplier, send the following to suppliers@collabgadget.com:

  • Your business name, registered address, and tax ID (EIN or equivalent);
  • A brief overview of your business and the products you supply;
  • The product categories you operate in;
  • Your approximate product range size and price points;
  • Whether you are interested in wholesale supply, dropshipping, or both;
  • Any relevant certifications, compliance documentation, or trade references.

Use the subject line “Supplier Application — [Your Business Name]”.

We aim to respond to all supplier applications within 5–10 business days.
